1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you aren’t satisfied with your Quorum supplement, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

• Opened Products: We understand you need to try the product to know if it works for you. We accept returns even if the tub has been opened.

• Limit: To prevent abuse, the guarantee is limited to one opened unit of any specific formula per customer.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@quorumnutrition.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

• Please do not send items back to us without first receiving a return authorization.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received (or your refund request is approved), we will process the credit back to your original payment method.

• Timeline: Most banks process refunds within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken seal or cracked tub) or you received the wrong item, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your supplements to you ASAP. If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, it can no longer be cancelled but can be returned per the policy above.
